The Gladis is a community of writers, dreamers, activists, poets, artists, researchers, intersectional feminists, and archivists who dream of a world where equity, equality, and freedom spread mycelial and fertile below the ground to subversively fruit up in every part of the earth. We envision a matriarchy that is collaborative, where everyone serves a role for the thriving of the whole.

This is a space of intersectional feminism where you will find deep reverent nods to the BIPOC women, trans folks, and nonbinary souls who have gone before and who work with such courage to change the shape of our world. We do not seek to reinvent the wheel of that work, but rather to amplify it. As we grow we hope to weave a web, connecting you to local and global communities and individuals who are exploring third-way options on behalf of humanity and of our home, this planet Earth.

The Gladis operates in small teams led by women of color. Every month you will find collaborative articles researched, written, and cultivated by each team as well as smaller articles created by individual team members.
